Not sure of your knowledge of computers, but you can make a decent computer at a cheap price on http://www.newegg.ca/. Theres also a US site. The thing is you have to build the computer yourself, as in they send you the parts and you put it together, it isnt hard and theres lots of help online or you can bring it to a computer store and they can do it for you. As for Microsoft office you can easily torrent mircrosoft office on pirate bay or something similar, or just use Open Office. None. If you want a brand new computer with 7, office, good virus protection, and enough power to run GW2 on high, you might want to increase your budget to 1000; at the very least. eBay, far and away has the largest selection of computers, but they can be difficult to find. A gaming computer can go two routes: Fastest processor, super fast graphics card or average processor and super fast graphics card. It's all in the graphics card.
