What setting do you think I will be able to play on and at what FPS?Can I play Guild Wars 2 with Radeon HD 5450 graphics card?
That's a decent video card, and if you have a decent processor and RAM, you should be able to run the game at low-medium settings at full FPS. That video card is slightly outdated, and you should at least have a dual-core processor with a few gigs of ram. But from just guessing that your whole computer is dece, you should be able to run GW2 fine. Don't expect highest settings with 3D though. Can I play Guild Wars 2 with Radeon HD 5450 graphics card?
You'd probably be able to play, but not well.

By the way, that particular card you picked is terribly overpriced.

The Radeon HD 5450 is a low-end $40 card for everyday work and watching movies, it's much too slow for gaming- except easy titles like the Sims and Minecraft. Fortunately, GW2 has pretty low projected requirements:

But even a Radeon HD 6450 (which costs about the same) is significantly better than a 5450.

And the recommended level card for GW2 is above that. I'd say get a GeForce GT 430 at the very minimum. A Radeon HD 6570 or 6670 would be even better. Those are triple to quadruple the speed of that 5450 you picked.
