What's a cheap gaming computer that could run Guild Wars 2 on high settings?

I need a computer that's under 700$ including: virus protection, Microsoft office and and windows 7.What's a cheap gaming computer that could run Guild Wars 2 on high settings?
- You can save money by getting Open Office which is just like MS Office but free and legal.
- Virus Protection I would recommend BitDefender Total Security because it's a 2 year subscription for the price of a 1 year subscription from most other guys, or you can always just stick with Microsoft Security Essentials which is a very good free Anti Virus and also Spybot Search and Destroy which too is very good.
- Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit is $100, cheaper if you're a college student because of Microsoft's student discount.

That leaves us with $600 to spend, and the best way to save money is to build your own:
1. CPU and Motherboard can be bundled to save money:

I'd recommend the FX 8120 + Asus M5A97
- $200

2. CPU Fan: Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo, trust me the stock AMD fan is complete trash you need an aftermarket fan. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as鈥?/a>
- $35

3. RAM: 2 of these: http://www.microcenter.com/single_produc鈥?/a>
That's 4 memory modules total 8 GB DDR3 1600 and low profile so it won't be blocked by your cooler.
- $50

4. GPU: ATI Radeon 6770 should suffice and its cheap with its rebates heres a good site:
http://www.jr.com/asus/pe/ASU_6770DI1GD5鈥?/a>
- $92

5. Power Supply: 600W OCZ power supply its pretty cheap with the rebate and Modular which means it saves space: http://www.amazon.com/OCZ-ModXStream-Mod鈥?/a>
- $50

6. Hard Drive: 500 GB Western Digital Caviar: http://www.amazon.com/Western-Digital-Ca鈥?/a>
- $86

7. Coolermaster HAF 912: it has great expandability and airflow and a great rebate: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as鈥?/a>
- $50

Thats $560 for all the hardware but with taxes and shipping for some items it will probably go to $600 and $100 for MS Windows 7 is $700. This should be able to handle most of today's games on medium to high settings.
