When is the New Guild Wars 2 PC game coming out?

Does anyone one know when the new Guild Wars 2 game is suppose to come out. i thought it was suppose to come out last year but i was definitely wrong. so does anyone know.When is the New Guild Wars 2 PC game coming out?
The development-team behind GuildWars 2, Arenanet, have repeatedly said "When it is done" and for good reason.

They don't want to tie themselves down with a releasedate and then have to rush the job.



There are some thoughts that it would be done in....

... a few weeks (but that's not happening, trust me)

... six months (highly unlikely)

... a year (which would be Q4 of 2011) - the far more likely alternative

... more than a year (makes little sense, since building anticipation this far in advance is detrimental to sales)





I suggest you watch the video below of one of the senior staff at Areanet getting asked this question and listen to WHY he says "when it is ready".

The release date is TBA (To Be Announced) so any dates you hear unless it is on their official site is just a placeholder or estimate. Most estimates say Quarter 1-2 of next year and the pessimists say Quarter 3-4. The one thing we are certain of is that it is going to be released next year because they did a thing with PC gamer and it said 2011.



Be patient, it will be worth the wait. I played the demo myself and it was AMAZING. And that's just the demo...When is the New Guild Wars 2 PC game coming out?
Im sorry, but you have awhile to wait. The release date posted is currently November 2, 2011. But anything good is worth waiting for.
Guild Wars is said to on-line at the end of 2010, and Guild Wars 2 will be more exciting than Guild Wars!
