Guild Wars 2 hasn't been released yet. I think they are estimating sometime in 2010 or 2011.
There is only one true expansion for Guild Wars and that is Eye of the North. The other 3 are stand alone games which can be combined together for a better and bigger experience for your characters. I always recommend that folks start at the beginning with Prophecies but you can buy any of the 3 that you want.
