In the previous guild wars, once you left the town or city its like your playing offline and i did not like that. Will Guild Wars 2 be the same? If it is, i'm not going to get it.Does Guild Wars 2 show other players in combat zones?
Guild Wars 2 will have a massive persistent dynamic world, meaning that you will interact with all the other players on your server/realm when you leave your home instance (in which you will be alone). That means that everywhere you go you will interact with other players.
Guild Wars had instanced areas like that which was GREAT for storytelling, but it made a lot of players feel isolated, so Arenanet have taken that to heart and made the world a multiplayer-place and the story-telling area instanced (your home instance).
