There are no system requirements out yet but what do you think ?? Will i be able to play it on Intel pentium 4,3066MHz, Nvidia GEFORCE gt 220 1gb, and 2gb ra ?Will i be able to run Guild Wars 2 when it will be released ?

Considering that it is an MMO you should be fine. You might want to upgrade your ram if you can to 4GB or so.Will i be able to run Guild Wars 2 when it will be released ?
Why don't you try and get into the beta, then you will be sure if it runs
