We'll i remember playing this game a long time ago at my friends house the day it came out and i loved it. We'll no i am thinking of going back to it but i found out that guild wars 2 is coming out soon. Should i buy Guild Wars 1 and all the expansions or wait for Guild Wars 2? I think it may be a while before GW2 is released, judging by the amount of content they have made public (just check the website) so I would personally get it, it's still pretty active as far as I'm aware.

Yes, I play, guild wars 1 is REALLY fun, i don't know too much about guild wars 2 yet so i'd go with guild wars 1 because you've played it before and you know that you like it, while if you bought guild wars 2 without checking it out you might be at risk of not liking it.
